Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property as we expect others to respect our rights as well. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can send us a notice to remove infringing content through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the “safe harbor” rules of the DMCA against infringement claims. To report an infringement to us, the notice must contain the following information:

Notification of Infringement

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and adequate information for us to locate it.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party.
  5. A statement that the use of the material is without authorization from the copyright owner.
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) includes penalties against those who misrepresent information in an infringement notification.

Submit all takedown notices through our Contact page via email for a quick response.

When submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your identity and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the court.

Send your counter notice through our Contact page preferably via email.

Policy on Repeat Infringers

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards copyright infringement. We keep track of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Violators of this policy will have their accounts terminated.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to change the contents of this policy on handling DMCA claims at any time. We recommend checking this page regularly for updates.
